Origins of Cantu. Ever wonder where you came from, who your ancestors were or what country they originated from? Because remember, every one here came from somewhere else. Only the indigenous people are true Americans. The rest of us, well we came over on the May Flower, La Pinta, La Niña and the Santa Maria. Living close to Mexico, I’m just a mile away from the border, I always thought I was of Mexican descent. I guess I am to some extent. I always had my doubts. My mother’s maiden name is Turner. Turners come from Ireland. Somewhere along the way I guess a Turner came to the U.S. and into Mexico.

Love is eternal. What does that mean? To me it means it’s there forever. Always there, never ending. Always has been, always will be. Kind of hard to believe, right? One cannot imagine or fathom the enormity of this statement. You have to experience it for real I suppose. There are those few that have had near death experiences. They tell us, the love is there.

On Yelling! I am addressing this because this is something a large percentage of adults and children go through in many households. Constant yelling on a daily basis changes the mind, brain and body in many ways. It causes or increases the activity of the amygdala (the emotional brain). It affects hormones in the blood stream, increase stress as well as muscular tension to name a few.
